step 1
This is your first 30 minutes intersession of staying hard with moderate to little action. This should be a "warm up" and having a continuous erection is crucial. You're closeness to PONR should be 0%-20%. After the first 30 minutes, stop for a 5-10 min intermission (optional but highly recommend).
step 2
After our first 30 minutes intersession, vou're second 30 minutes intersession will be the same as your first. Stay erect for the second intersession. You can choose to either repeat what you did in step one but use this second 30 minutes to either dial it down (if you're 40%-50% close to PONR) or dial it up (if you're 0%-10% to PONR). The reason why the first intermission is optional is some can tolerate a full 60 minutes with 15%-30% to PONR. Other's find it helpful to have that small break to collect back and slow down.
step 3
After step 2, it is highly recommended to have a 5-10 minute intermission/break. By this point you should be at 40%-55% to PONR. For most, this step is crucial because steps 4 and 5 are difficult to handle without taking a breather.
step 4
Something that is also highly recommended is to hydrate before this step, as you will be doing a lot of breathing. This step requires you to edge for 30 minutes. If you're experienced enough with edging and can direct and move your sexual energy, then you can skip to step 6.
step 5
5-10 minute intermission. If you choose not to break, move on to step 6. But I like breaks to take in a sip of water, change positions, or update my goon bro. Something that also helps me psychologically is (and I know this sounds weird and wasteful) to wipe off my lube completely. This tricks my brain into thinking that I'm done and drops my PONR closeness down to 70%-80%. If you don't agree with cleaning up, just stay lubed for step 6.
step 6
If you chose to skip the intermission, then you will continue to edge for another 30 minutes. If you did choose to break to hydrate, change bating positions, and reapply lube, and edge for 30 minutes.
step 7
By now you should be on hour 3. Hour 1 (steps 1-3) & hour 2 (steps 4-6) are crucial to the whole process. Don't hesitate to listen to your cock and feel what it needs, either to slow down or speed up. Hour 1 is basically to warm up and hour 2 is riding the wave/edge. Hour 3 is when it really hits. Some will stop at hour 4 either because they're tired or have testicle cramps. If vou choose to continue, here are some tips I recommend to stay continuous with your journey!

Take frequent breaks. I know that the edging community doesn't like the term "breaks" as it is considered cheating. I think to each their own.

Chat with your goonbro. The longest sessions we ever achieved were in pairs. As gooners, being encouraged to continue makes the difference of 1-2 hours longer.

Change postions. sit in your chair, stand in front of mirror, sit on the floor with feet soles touching, or lay down in your bed to give your body a rest. be creative switching between different gooning positions.
